PVC Drilling Pipes

PVC DRILL PIPE

PVC drill pipe is a type of pipe used in drilling wells to benefit from groundwater. Since 2000, the use of Pvc drill pipes has been rapidly increasing in drilling wells instead of steel pipes. The main factors in the expansion of the use of PVC drill pipes produced in two types: closed (flat) and filtered (with filter); they are lighter and easier to assemble than steel pipes. They are also long-lasting against corrosion and corrosion.

Pvc Drilling Pipes are divided into three classes according to their depth or pressure strength.
1st class pipes, 300 m-500 m depth in drilling wells,
2nd class pipes, 100 m-300 m depth in drilling wells,
Grade 3 pipes are used in drilling wells at depths of 0 m-100 m.

Pvc drill pipes are produced with two types of filters and closed. They are available in diameters from 100mm-125mm-140mm-175mm-200mm-225mm-260mm-280mm-330mm and 4 meters in length.

Pvc drill pipes are produced with one head with external head and one head with inner head. The teeth of the teeth are trapezoidal teeth and to ensure easy assembly of each other. This ensures a safe and easy connection of the pipe, and no insertion is required.

Storage of Pvc Drill Pipes and Considerations for Use;
Care should be taken to protect the toothed parts from impact during transportation.
It should be protected against deformation, sunlight and stowed on wooden wedges during storage.

Thread protectors in trapezoidal threaded pipes must not be removed until the time the pipes are to be used.
It's like grease, so that the pipe teeth can enter easily. Do not use oils.
Do not apply glue to keep the pipe threaded. The glue melts the teeth and dissolves the pipe and breaks.
